We Respond Within Four Business Hours

No phone trees. No intake forms that vanish into a CRM. You'll hear from a human — usually Nadia or Angela — within half a day. Every conversation starts with listening: your banking situation, your timeline, your concerns. If we can help, we'll tell you exactly how, how long, and how much. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.

What Happens Next

After you submit this form, here's the process: Angela Chen reviews your inquiry within four business hours. If your situation fits our service areas, she'll schedule a 15-minute scoping call with the right team member — no pitch deck, no pressure. From there, we scope the engagement, quote a fixed fee, and document everything in a letter of engagement before work begins.

Describe Your Banking Situation

Whether you're facing a covenant breach tonight or planning a facility renewal next quarter, the more context you provide below, the more useful our first conversation will be. We've helped 42 mid-market companies across 16 industries — chances are we've seen a situation like yours before.

This helps us determine scope. Companies between $2M–$15M may be a fit for our Banking Foundations program. Companies $8M–$400M typically engage our full advisory services.

Not sure which service fits? Select "Not sure yet" — about 30% of our clients start with a conversation and we recommend the right starting point. Browse all services or view pricing for details.

Prefer to talk? Call (778) 546-4467 directly. For after-hours covenant emergencies, leave a voicemail and Derek will return your call first thing the following business day.

From Inquiry to Insight in Three Steps

Every engagement follows the same transparent process. No surprises at any stage — just a clear path from conversation to documented results.

Step 1

15-Minute Scoping Call

Within four business hours of your inquiry, Angela Chen will reach out to schedule a brief call with the team member best suited to your situation. We listen to your banking challenge, ask targeted questions about your current setup, and assess whether there's genuine value we can add. No pitch deck. No pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and explain why.

Step 2

Written Scope & Fixed Fee Proposal

If there's a fit, you receive a written letter of engagement within five business days. It defines the exact scope of work, specific deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee — confirmed before a single hour of work begins. No hourly billing. No open-ended commitments. No scope creep. Standard terms are 50% at engagement start, 50% on deliverable completion.

Step 3

Engagement & Knowledge Transfer

Work begins. Every deliverable passes through three rounds of review. Nadia Foxworth reviews all credit facility recommendations personally. Derek Tsang cross-checks all fee benchmarking analyses. You receive not just deliverables, but the knowledge to maintain improvements independently — plus 30 days of post-engagement support and access to our quarterly education workshops at no additional charge.

Alberta Clients: Same Team, Same Process

If your company is based in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, or anywhere else in Alberta, the engagement process is identical. Derek Tsang leads Alberta client relationships, traveling for on-site engagement periods (typically 2–5 day visits) combined with remote advisory throughout the engagement.

Travel costs are included in your fixed engagement fee — no surprise line items on invoices. We currently serve 8 Alberta companies across energy services, agriculture, logistics, construction, and professional services. The banking challenges are different from BC — energy-sector volatility shapes commercial credit decisions in ways that require Alberta-specific knowledge — but our rigour is the same.
